Rancho Santa Fe Review — Bring it! Game on for Stem Cell Research, a game show-themed event was held on April 30 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The event was hosted by HeadNorth Foundation, a San Diego-based nonprofit foundation that exists to enhance the quality of life for people faced with the daily challenges of a spinal cord injury (SCI) by providing financial assistance, resources and guidance, and Burnham Institute for Medical Research. LA JOLLA, Calif., December 02, 2008-- HeadNorth Foundation has pledged $975,000 to Burnham Institute for Medical Research (Burnham) to support cutting-edge stem cell research.
